Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Five Star is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


★ Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and made to order items, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.


★ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Five Star is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
